I built this house in 2000 and have been back there nearly every year since remodeling. First was 'opening up' the kitchen and installing crown moldings in the living room. Next gas fireplaces in the living room and basement. Then a completely finished basement with billiard room, workout room and craft room.

The latest project is an enclosed 3 season sun room off the living room. Main issue here is the footings over the geothermal ground loop field.
